After graduating from Lyon’s culinary art school, directed by Paul Bocuse, Emmanual Hernandez chose the Musigny for the practice of his passion and to express his creativity. You will be delighted by the quality and freshness of his dishes which feature the best of the Nord-Pas-de-Calais’ products. If you have trouble selecting from the menu, choose the tasting menu which the chef concocts. There are a range of menus with different prices.
