The Côté Sud is headed by an enthusiastic and hard-working couple, Sébastien and Eglantine Desrousseaux. The chef puts seafood in pride of place, using the freshest of ingredients. He blends unexpected flavours together to create brilliantly novel dishes, as pleasing to the eyes as to the tastebuds. The originality of the presentation and the generosity of the portions are both worth a special mention.
