In autumn 2009, the Museum of Art and Industry ‘La Piscine’ will present a major exhibition devoted to the Bloomsbury Group. This event will be the first in France to present this extraordinary body of artistic creators and personalities who opened the doors of England to modern art in France, most notably by organising exhibitions of post-Impressionist artists in London in 1910 and 1912.
